Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture process and to improve the product yield by holding the injection pressure at the time of molding below 200kg/cm<2>. CONSTITUTION:A means which holds the injection pressure in the molding below 200kg/mm<2>, namely, a means which arranging gates 4 of a mold at plural positions and holds the melting viscosity of an injected material below 1,500 poisei at a 1,000/sec shearing speed is used and a cylindrical lens 1 is arranged in the mold 2 and molded integrally with the injected resin 3. The pressure of the resin 3 which is injected from the gates 4 drops, to the lens 1 is not broken at the time of the molding and the number of components, component cost, etc., are reduced. Consequently, the manufacturing process is simplified and the manufacture yield is improved.
