To make it possible to easily remove resin sticking to surfaces and prevent dents from being left on the surface of a product board by forming on the surfaces of an outer stainless steel plate and an intermediate stainless steel plate a film where fluororesin particles are dispersed.
Stainless steel plates 24 on the surfaces of which a film 26 of such a structure that fluororesin particles 30 is dispersed in a matrix 28 composed of metal is formed are used for an outer stainless steel plate and an intermediate stainless steel plate. The film 26 is formed on the surface of the stainless steel plates 24 by electroless plating. A multilayered printed board precursor is placed between the outer stainless steel plate and intermediate stainless steel plate with thus structured films formed thereon, and the obtained assembly is heated and compressed between an upper die and a lower die with adhesive layers in between to form a multilayer printed board. Since stainless steel plates with films 26 formed thereon are used, it is possible to easily remove resing sticking to their surfaces without special tools and cleaning after manufacturing.
