PURPOSE: To reclaim polyurethane resin waste by a method wherein after urethane wet-hardening type adhesive (0.5W50pts.wt.) and plasticizer (1W20pts.wt.) are mixed with thermosetting polyurethane resin powders (100pts.wt), they are molded by various molding methods.
CONSTITUTION: Thermosetting polyurethane resin is crushed, and after 50 or less parts by weight of said urethane wet-hardening type adhesive and 20 or less parts by weight of plasticizer are added to 100pts.wt. of said polyurethane resin powder and mixed sufficiently therewith, moldings are performed by injection molding, extrusion molding or thermal compression molding, etc. In this way, the moldings can be manufactured easily, the material of the mixture to be used can elongate its pot life, a long period preservation is mixed state is possible and the material also can be preserved simply. Because the reclaim of polyurethane can be utilized for various purposes, the treatment of wastes for said material can be advantageously solved.
