Abstract:
PURPOSE:To know the history of each semiconductor device by recording the manufacturing process information on the semiconductor device with laser. CONSTITUTION:The points 4 of five (5) digits are punched to the specified pins 3, 2 of a lead frame 1 and given the numbers of loading machine and junction machine. Otherwise, the points 5 of 4 digits X 3 columns are engraved and the IC tester machine number, automatic dealing machine and adequacy judgement, etc. are recorded from the upper columns with the laser apparatus added to the manufacturing facilities IC tester machine number, automatic dealing machine number. This record can be used as quality information by decoding it and individually using the history of machine itself.
