Abstract:
PURPOSE: To adjust dielectric property of a shield by forming an electrically insulated porous base, manufacturing a first solution that contains a predetermined amount of a specific liquid monomer and a predetermined amount of a first solvent for increasing the steam pressure of a monomer, and evaporating the first solution for a specific amount of time and treating the base with the solution steam. CONSTITUTION: An electrically insulated porous base containing an oxidizer is formed. Then, a first solution, essentially containing at least one type of monomer 90-99vol.% containing at least one cyclic carbon of conjugate double bond, and a first solvent 1-10vol.% for increasing the steam tension of the monomer is manufactured. Then, the first solution is evaporated for an appropriate amount of time at an ambient temperature, and the base is treated by the steam of the solution, thus a doping agent is doped. Then, the film of a conductive polymer generated by the chemical oxidation of the monomer from the first solution is deposited onto the porous base.
