Abstract:
To provide a thin ceramic green sheet wherein thickness variation can be effectively inhibited, by using a polyoxazoline as a binder.
The ceramic green sheet comprises, by mass, 100 pts. inorganic powder and 8-20 pts. binder comprising a polyoxazoline having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-450,000. Thickness variation is effectively inhibited in the thin ceramic green sheet obtained by drying a ceramic slurry having a reduced viscosity and yield value and an improved leveling property. Preferably, the binder has an acid value of 0.05-50 mgKOH/g.
