PURPOSE: To provide a manufacture method of sintered ore enabling improvement of manufacturing efficiency while keeping the quality by immersing powdery ore with water before a specific time to beforehand saturate a moisture retentive quantity, and further, adding a necessary moisture at the time of granulating to adjust the moisture in raw material.

CONSTITUTION: By immersing the ore having high moisture absorbability for 5-15hr, the moisture is sufficiently penetrated to inner part of the ore, and even if drying treatment is executed, the moisture in the inner part is not removed and the moisture retentive ratio becomes high. At the time of granulating, surface of the raw material granule 1 to be as core is wetted with the moisture, and to this part, fine grains 2 are stuck, and as the grains gradually grow, the granulativity is improved with a suitable quantity of moisture addition. When gas diffusibility in the raw material layer is good, the sintering time is shortened and the good productivity is obtd.
