Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of carbonaceous material inner package particles, capable of suppressing adhesion of the particles of carbonaceous material inner package particles, and to provide a manufacturing method of carbonaceous material inner package sintered ore by using the carbonaceous material inner package particles.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of carbonaceous material inner package particles includes: a granulation step of obtaining carbonaceous material inner package particles by granulating a mixed raw material powder obtained by mixing an iron-containing raw material, and a calcium-containing auxiliary material with a cement powder, and a carbonaceous material to be a core, and thereby, forming an outer layer of the mixed raw material powder around the carbonaceous material core; a first curing step of standing the carbonaceous material inner package particles after granulation; a disintegration step of disintegrating the carbonaceous material inner package particles after the first second curing step; and a second curing step of standing the disintegrated carbonaceous material inner package particles after the disintegration step. The first curing step is performed in a flexible container, a curing period is 3-10 days, and the second curing step is ended after 20 days after the granulation step. A manufacturing method of carbonaceous material inner package sinter ore includes mixing the carbonaceous material inner package particles with normal granulated particles for manufacturing sintered ore followed by charging into a downward suction type sintering machine, and sintering.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
