Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method for a blank capable of suppressing that a margin on an upstream side in a conveyance direction of a sheet-like sheet is mixed in a production line.SOLUTION: The above problem can be solved by a blank manufacturing device 10 which manufactures a blank 4 from a sheet 1, and is provided with: a paper feeding part 20 which feeds a sheet-like sheet 1; and a stripping part 26 which separates a first margin including an end on an upstream side in a sheet conveyance direction from the sheet conveyed by the paper feeding part 20; and a blanking part 27 which separates remaining margins and a product part from the sheet transmitted from the stripping part 26, in which the stripping part 26 has upper side holding means 8 and lower side holding means 9 for sandwiching the first margin, and the lower side holding means 9 has a blade 50 including: a tabular body part extending in a horizontal direction; and an inclination part connected to a rear end of the body part, and inclined downward.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
