Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a bolt which is manufactured at a low cost and in mass production and in which a fastened nut is hardly loosened even against a large vibration load.
The manufacturing method of the bolt consists of a process forming a coarse screw thread part to form a coarse screw thread of a pitch P from the tip of a columnar material as a base material of the bolt to a prescribed part by cutting or forming of rolling and a process forming a fine screw thread to form a fine screw thread part of pitch (p) (p=P/2n (n) is a natural number) at least from the tip part of the columnar material to a prescribed part of the coarse screw thread part by cutting or forming of rolling.
