Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress bridging between a valve and a cylinder head caused by a film formation material when forming a heat insulation film at the cylinder head and the valve in a state that the valve is attached into a valve hole which is formed at the cylinder head, related to a manufacturing method of the cylinder head.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cylinder head comprises a film forming process for forming a heat insulation film 20 by supplying thermal spray materials to a combustion chamber ceiling face 12 and a valve head end face 18 while relatively rotating a valve 14 to a valve hole 16 in a state that the valve 14 is attached into the valve hole 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
