Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a large-sized cylindrical structure by fiber-reinforced concrete.SOLUTION: Fiber-reinforced concrete is prepared, the orientation of fibers in the fiber-reinforced concrete is controlled, and it is installed into a cylindrical form. When the thickness of the cylinder is below 300 mm, the installation is executed from a place based on mobility in a horizontal direction using a tremie pipe 11, and when the thickness is 300 mm or more, the installation is executed by free fall from a hopper 10. When the installation is executed by free fall, the height of the free fall is 3 m or less. When the installation is executed by the tremie pipe 11, it is executed while rotating the tremie pipe 11 or the cylindrical structure itself. Regarding concrete used for the fiber-reinforced concrete, a water-binder ratio (W/B) is controlled to a range of 10 to 20%, the usage of a high performance water-reducing agent is controlled to a range of 1 to 2% with respect to the binder, and a flow value is controlled to a range of 240 to 320 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
