Abstract:
To realize the high-speed coating and high drying characteristics of a thin uniform film within the effective coating width of a base.
The manufacturing method of an inkjet recording paper, in which a coating liquid layer is formed on the base S by spraying the liquid drops of the coating liquid with a spray coating device 1 over the coating width normal to the conveying direction of the base S under the conveying state of the base S, is provided. The coating liquid layer is formed on the base S with the spray coating device 1 under the state that the interior of a closely sealed outside box 11 having the spray coating device 1 arranged therewithin is kept under a pressure-reduced state by being connected with a pressure-reducing means 14.
