Abstract:
To provide an immunomodulator effective for prevention/betterment of an illness which is induced by the aberration of immune reaction of a living body, and derived from a yeast which is rich in experience as a food and high in safety, and its manufacturing method.
This manufacturing method of an immunomodulator is a manufacturing method of an immunomodulator by removing water soluble fraction from a yeast which belongs to saccharomyces group, and the yeast belonging to saccharomyces group is treated in the presence of water at not lower than 60°C, and none of acid treatment, alkali treatment, alcohol treatment, and enzyme treatment is carried out in its manufacturing process.
