Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a resin molded article capable of securing strength and rigidity as a component for a vehicle and reducing weight and obtaining a method for producing a resin molded article capable of easily securing an R shape on an outer peripheral portion of a vehicle component.SOLUTION: A method for producing a resin molded article has: a first step of disposing a resin flow base material 52 as a face material made of a thermosetting fiber reinforced resin on an upper side of a molding die 54; a second step of disposing a core material 46 molded from a thermoplastic fiber reinforced resin at a position to be an upper surface side of laminated face materials 48, 50, 52 and an outer peripheral portion 44 of a resin molded body 34; and a third step of molding the resin molded body 34 through a process in which the core material 46 is covered with the face materials 48, 50, 52 in a state where the core material 46 has a gap between the face materials 48, 50, 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4D
