Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet with a nail capable of stabilizing holding force of the nail and preventing coming-off of the nail and an occurrence of crack due to local stress concentration in a nailed position.SOLUTION: The resin sheet with a nail according to the present invention includes: a resin sheet composed of a resin composition containing 50 mass% or more of at least one type of thermoplastic resin, having the thickness of 5-20 mm, and having a nail hole extending in the thickness direction, formed thereon; and a nail driven in the nail hole. In plane view, residual stresses are distributed about a central axis of the nail in a substantially point-symmetric manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
