Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a thermoplastic film capable of obtaining the thermoplastic film having high optical characteristics by preventing the occurrence of stretching irregularity at the time of stretching by suppressing the occurrence of residual strain caused by a polishing roller method.
A molten resin is extruded in a sheetlike form from a die 24 to be supplied to the nip between a pair of polishing rollers 26 and 28, and the sheetlike extrudate is cooled while held under pressure between the pair of polishing rollers 26 and 28 to form a cellulose acylate film 12. The surface of the polishing roller 26 is constituted of a fluoroplastic resin.
