Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a variable conductance heat pipe improving workability and obtaining the variable conductance heat pipe having prescribed radiating characteristics.
This manufacturing method of the variable conductance heat pipe by sealing an operating medium 6 and a noncondensable gas 7 in a sealed container, has processes of: inserting a noncondensable gas generator 3 generating the noncondensable gas 7 into the container 1; injecting the operating medium 6 into the container 1; and sealing the container including the noncondensable gas generator 3 and the operating medium 6.
