To provide a mask type cosmetic device without trouble of holding the device with a hand for a long time, which is formed of a mask composed of soft material and has holes cut out in eye parts, a nose part, and a mouth part, and which is provided with soft oscillating elements (composed of a PVDF (a polymer film) or a piezoelectric rubber) having desired shapes for adhering to an upper, a lower and lateral parts of the eye parts, lateral parts of the nose, and lateral parts of the mouth, wherein oscillators are connected to each oscillating element so that an oscillation output appropriately generated from the oscillators by signals output from a control unit is applied to the soft oscillating elements.

The mask type cosmetic device is formed by cutting out the eye parts 2a and 2b, the nose part 3, and the mouth part 4 in the mask 1. The soft oscillating elements A is stuck above the eye parts 2a and 2b, the soft oscillating elements B and C are stuck to the lateral parts outside the eye parts 2a and 2b, the soft oscillating elements D and E are stuck to the lower parts of the eye parts 2a and 2b, the soft oscillating elements F and G are stuck to the lateral parts outside the nose part 3, and the soft oscillating elements H and I are stuck to both sides of the mouth part 4.
