Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute materials such as documents to be used for a conference in a conference system without affecting the transmission of real- time data such as dynamic image data.
SOLUTION: In this material distributing method, a broadcasting network (h) is provided separately from communication lines (e), (f) and (g) for connecting conference terminal equipment (b), (c) and (d) to be used by users participated in the conference with a conference managing device (a) having a function for distributing the real-time data such as moving image data sent fro the conference terminal equipment (b), (c) and (d) to the other conference terminal equipment (b), (c) and (d) participated in the conference, and the respective pieces of conference terminal equipment (b), (c) and (d) are connected by the broadcasting network (h). The conference terminal equipment (b) to distribute the conference materials to the other conference terminal equipment (c) and (d) distributes the conference materials through the broadcasting network (h) to the other conference terminal equipment (c) and (d) at the distribution destinations by broadcasting communication.
