A crosstalk amount measurement signal generator (1) generates a pattern signal (2) with a parallax in the horizontal direction and the signal (2) is displayed on an evaluation object stereoscopic display device (3), a viewer (4) uses only one eye in both the eyes to simultaneously view a video image by the one eye and a leaked video image from the video image of the another one eye, adjusts the level of the video image of the one eye, so that the difference between the level of the video image of the one eye and the level of the leaked video image from the video image of the one eye can be eliminated and estimates the level of the leaked video image from the adjusted amount.
