The three-dimensional image display apparatus includes: a projector 10 for projecting light according to a three-dimensional image to be displayed; a screen 20 on which light from the projector 10 is diverged to display the three-dimensional image; and a selection display control section 70 that controls at least the projector 10 or screen 20 so that based on three-dimensional image information 50 about three-dimensional image to be displayed and mask information 60 about the projection image information, to be projected to the screen 20, of the three-dimensional image information 50, the projection image information is selected from the three-dimensional image information 50 and displayed on the screen 20.
