Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a device for measuring the physical property under a magnetic field by conpactifying the superconductive coil, and miniaturizing the device as a result thereby enabling the reduction of volume and weight and sharp reduction of material expenditure, and lessening the quantity of He consumption. CONSTITUTION:A cryostat for a superconductive coil as a magnetic field source and a temperature variable cryostat for cooling a sample are made independent, and the space in a magnetic field generation is made vacuum space by a vacuum flange plate 11 and the vacuum flange 9 of the cryostat on sample side, whereby the vacuum vessel outside the sample part of the cryostat on sample side is obviated. Moreover, the vacuum space is possible of being converted between vacuum and air optionally, using a relief valve 7.
