Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological measuring method for measuring, simply and accurately, the quantity of an elastin decomposition product in circulation liquid of a subject, which is useful for detecting aortic dissection.
SOLUTION: This immunological measuring method of the elastin decomposition product includes immunological bonding, to the elastin decomposition product, of a monoclonal antibody produced by hybridoma HASG-30 (FERM P-18336) or a first antibody equivalent to the monoclonal antibody, which is an antibody having specificity and affinity to a human aorta elastin decomposition product, and a monoclonal antibody produced by hybridoma HASG-2 (FERM P-18335) or a second antibody equivalent to the monoclonal antibody, which is an antibody having specificity and affinity to the human aorta elastin decomposition product.
