Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an antenna coil for a non-contact IC card by a simple apparatus capable of easily obtaining a required impedance.
SOLUTION: A coil wire w1 and a linear spacer member s is wound out from bobbins 4, 5 and wounded around a winding frame 1 by a required number of times at a state that they overlap each other. Thus, a spiral coil c1, in which the linear spacer member s is surely interposed between internal and external portions adjacent to the coil wire w1 and an interval for its dimension is held, is completed. The coil c1 is fixed by an adhesive agent applied in the case of winding out from the bobbin 4. The coil c1 taken out from the winding frame 1 is fixed onto a prescribed position on a substrate 8 by the adhesive agent.
