Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an extending/contracting mechanism for a bellows lens hood, capable of easily/roughly or finely adjusting.
CONSTITUTION: The extending/contracting mechanism for the bellows lens hood is provided with a turntable operating part 60, a pantograph 30 for freely extensibly/contractibly connecting front and rear frames 14 and 16, cam followers 38a and 38b provided in the pantograph 30, cam follower guiding grooves 46a and 46b guiding the cam followers 38a and 38b in a direction nearly perpendicular to the extending/contracting directions of the bellows and connecting members 50a and 50b connecting a position eccentric from the center of the operating part and the cam followers 38a and 38b. When a photographer refers to a mark 61 and a reference line 44 at the time of adjusting, the bellows 12 can be properly and quickly adjusted to a prescribed extension quantity.
