Abstract:

To present a CAD finding as a piece of information, based on which a doctor can properly judge how the CAD finding serves for his or her diagnosis.

A medical diagnosis support device includes: a CAD finding generation part 102 that generates the CAD finding by analyzing inspection data of the subject; a diagnostic reading finding acquisition part 105 that acquires a diagnostic reading finding on the inspection data judged by the doctor; a finding management part 103 that acquires information on a difference between the CAD finding and the diagnostic reading finding; and a reliability evaluation part 106 that evaluates reliability of the CAD finding based on the information on the difference between the CAD finding and the diagnostic reading finding.
