Abstract:
To provide a human cancer-preventing and treating agent using a cancer cell-specific HLA-F antigen, and to provide an anti-HLA-F antibody.
This cancer-preventing and treating agent contains a part or all of a DNA sequence described in the specific sequence of the sequence table as an active ingredient. The cancer-preventing and treating agent can derive cytotoxic T lymphocytes against human cancer cells in vivo or in vitro. Further, an anti-HLA-F monoclonal antibody can be utilized for an HLA-F antigen assay and for a target chemotherapeutic using the antibody.
