Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane fouling inhibitor which, while having excellent adsorptivity for materials such as a biopolymer and the like which cause membrane fouling, can easily elute the material adsorbed which causes membrane fouling, and can be recycled repeatedly.SOLUTION: The membrane fouling inhibitor contains a polymer compound (C) based on a cationic group-containing polymer compound (A) and a compound (B) containing at least one functional group having reactivity with the cationic group of the polymer compound (A), where the membrane fouling inhibitor has a region where a density of the cationic group is 8.5 to 15 mmol/g.SELECTED DRAWING: None
