Title:
MEMBRANE SWITCH AND PRESSURE-SENSITIVE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004241276
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a membrane switch and a pressure-sensitive sensor, especially the pressure-sensitive sensor superior in a temperature dependence characteristic, having a superior characteristic especially for an environmental temperature change.

This is the membrane switch in which a spacer sheet is inserted between a pair of electrode sheet-shape substrates for an opening to be formed so that the pair of electrode sheet-shape substrates having the upper part electrode and the lower part electrode can be contacted to the upper and lower electrodes, and in which the electrode sheet-shape substrates and the spacer sheet are adhered by a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Problems can be solved because a slit is formed at either of the electrodes, because the size of the electrodes is made to be small enough for the opening, and furthermore because either of the upper part electrode or the lower part electrode is made to be the pressure-sensitive sensor formed by a pressure-sensitive sensor material.
