Abstract:
To provide (a) a method of interposition to Neisseria biological chemistry, (b) a new application of a well-known Neisseria protein, (c) an alternate form and an amelioration form of the well-known Neisseria protein (e.g. a well-known protein or a protein-degrading product of the well-known protein in an enzymatically inert form), and (d) a material useful for studying and regulating the adhesion of the Neisseria.
An immunogenicity composition contains a protein containing a specific amino acid sequence, a nucleic acid encoding the protein and NadA protein derived from Neisseria bacteria and/or the nucleic acid encoding the NadA protein.
