This system is provided with an order input part 11 for inputting the order from a customer and transferring order data to a controller 12 and the controller 12 for holding the order data transferred from the order input part 11 or performing the account calculating processing or slip issuing processing of order. The order input part 11 is composed of an image input part 111 for reading the image of order sheet and an image recognizing part 112 for converting these read image data to the order data by character recognition or mark recognition. When the image of order sheet, on which handwritten characters or marks are described, is inputted, the read image data are analyzed and converted to the order data. Besides, the read image data are converted to the order data by character recognizing processing.
