Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of work to rearrange merchandise by providing a shelf information input means, display information input means and display instruction output means.

CONSTITUTION: The shelf information input means 3 stores shelf information, which is inputted from a display input device 2, into an auxiliary storage device 5 and displays the shelf information stored in the auxiliary storage device 5 onto the display input device 2. The display information input means 4 calls the shelf information, which is prepared by the shelf information input means 3, from the auxiliary storage device 5 and displays the called information onto the display input device 2 so that the work of instructing the merchandise display from the display input device 2 can be easily executed. Then, the display instruction information of the inputted merchandise to the steps of a shelf is stored into the auxiliary storage device 5, and the currently stored display instruction display information is displayed on the display device 2. The display instruction output means 6 calls the shelf constitution information and the merchandise display information stored in the auxiliary storage device 5, edits the display instruction information based on this called information and outputs the edited information to a display instruction output device 7. Thus, since the merchandise display instruction information registered in the past can be used for the work of rearranging the merchandise onto the shelf, the efficiency of this work can be improved.
