The message switching server unit 3 is connected to a data base 31, and the data base 31 is provided with a field indicating the relation degree of each first coping person to each customer and a field indicating the technical skill level of each second coping person to each technique. The message switching server unit 3 selects the first coping person (private branch telephone 41) to be connected by referring to the field indicating the relation degree in the case that there is a call from the telephone 21 of the customer, and selects the second coping person (private branch telephones 42 and 43) to be connected by referring to the field indicating the technical skill level in the case that it is requested to hold a conference for a certain technique from the selected first coping person.
