Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a metal magnet in which the turbulence of a magnetic field in a neutral zone is dissolved by a method wherein a plurality of magnetic poles are formed on one side of the magnet and the neutral zone between the adjacent magnetic poles is specified.
CONSTITUTION: A linear center conductor wire 10 is arranged in the middle position between both yokes 2A and 2B in parallel to linear parts 11A and 11B, which are parts close to each other of windings of first and second magnetizing coils 1A and 1B. A flat plate-shaped metal magnet material 4A having a prescribed thickness is placed on the coils 1A and 1B, a current is made to flow through the winding 3a of the coil 1A in the direction indicated by arrow J and a current is made to flow through the winding 3B of the coil 1B in the direction indicated by arrow K, which is opposite to the direction indicated by arrow J. At the same time, a current in the same direction (an arrow P) as the direction of the currents in the linear parts 11A and 11B of the windings is made to flow through the center conductor wire 10. Thereby, a metal magnet with a plurality of magnetized magnetic poles on its one side, on which the width of a neutral zone between the adjacent magnetic poles is set in a very narrow width of 1mm or narrower, can be obtained.
