Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate waste of time and shorten the time required for binding by providing independently-moving control devices respectively to a binding metal supply device that is arranged above a framework of reinforcing bard arranged in grating and moves in the direction intersecting at a right angle the direction in which a bar arrangement support jig moves and to a binding metal twisting device that twists the binding metals.
CONSTITUTION: A bar arrangement support jig 12 is constructed of a framework that is made up by arranging lengthwise and breadthwise vertical reinforcing bars 13 and horizontal reinforcing bars 14 at appropriate intervals. A binding metal supply device 4 that moves at a right angle to the direction in which the bar arrangement support jig 12 moves is arranged above the aforementioned framework. The binding metal supply device 4 and a binding metal twisting device 5 having a twisting head 5a stop their sliding motions respectively at positions where the vertical reinforcing bars 13 are arranged. Furthermore, the bar arrangement support jig 12 stops its sliding motion respectively at positions where the horizontal reinforcing bars 14 are arranged. Therefore, the binding metal supply device 4 and the binding metal twisting device 5 stop certaily at positions 15 where the vertical reinforcing bars 13 and the horizontal reinforcing bars 14 cross each other, and thereby work efficiency can be improved.
