To achieve uniformity in film thickness when an organic light emitting layer is formed by a wet method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an organic EL display panel in which a plurality of organic EL elements including an organic layer are arranged on a substrate, includes: a coating step of coating an ink 170 on a preset coating area above the substrate 11, the ink including an organic material dissolved or dispersed in a solvent; and a cooling step of cooling an ink coated in the coating step up to a second temperature lower than a first temperature of an ink in coating, by cooling the ink by the cooling plates 1110, 1210, and 1310 until the ink becomes dry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
