When setting the FRP double-shell tank 12 onto a concrete foundation 10, the tank pillow 1 is fixed onto the concrete foundation 10 and a tank band 10a wrapped round the periphery of the FRP double-shell tank 12 is also fixed onto the concrete foundation 10, and the tank 12 is thus set onto the concrete foundation 10.
