Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the easy piling and detachment of applied coating agent caused by flow-falling downward and to enable the performance of automation to the apply of the coating agent, at the time of applying by spraying the coating agent for preventing the burning on the surface of a chute for centrifugal casting with molten metal.
CONSTITUTION: A blast gun 11 having large flow rate and intense energy for spraying the coating agent, is used and the coating agent is sufficiently coated in the chute. Further, in order to prevent the flow-down of the coating agent to the lower part side of the chute, the coating time T1 is divided into two times to spray the coating agent.
