To provide a method for producing a highly pure and active aseptic antibody from a yolk by a simple process.

This method for aseptically producing the yolk antibody is the one for aseptically isolating and purifying the antibody from the yolk including the antibody. The method comprises diluting the yolk with water, regulating the pH within an acidic region, subjecting the acidic diluted yolk solution to a centrifugal separation, isolating the yolk solution which is the supernatant caused by the centrifugal separation, and filtering and sterilizing the yolk solution to isolate and purify the antibody.
