Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily superpose the terminal opening parts of a skin cover by pressing and compressing a cushion pad along with a skin cover from the outside in such a state that the cushion cover is covered with the skin cover.
SOLUTION: A hot-melt type adhesive 14 is preliminarily applied to the terminal opening parts 11A, 11B of a skin cover and a cushion pad 12 molded into a predetermined shape is covered with the skin cover 11 and bonding terminals 11A, 11B are superposed one upon another through the adhesive 14 and heated while pressed and bonded from the outside to be fixed. As mentioned above, in such a state that the cushion pad 12 is covered with the skin cover 11, the cushion pad 12 is pressed and compressed along with the skin cover 11 from the outside of the side surface part thereof by a press part 15 so that the terminals of the skin cover 11 are superposed one upon another and, in this state, the terminals are bonded by the hot-melt adhesive, for example, by using a pressure bonding 16 to which steam or heated air is supplied.
