To solve a problem that an operator makes an exertion because the specifications of welding conditions which are realized by an operation program of a robot, the specifications of a position and an attitude of a welding torch of the robot, and the specifications of operations of a detector are corrected by trial and error, and an optimum welding execution method is hardly realized.
The method is that a sectional operation pattern list is made with which the welding torch or the welding torch and a welded material driving mechanism are operated at every sectional path of a welding path divided into sectional paths, a table of a pattern for a sectional operation at an extracted order which is an aggregation of a group of the specifications of the pattern for the sectional operation at an extracted order is generated by discriminating each sectional path, the table of the pattern for the sectional operation at the execution order which is the aggregation of the group of the specifications of the pattern for the sectional operation at an execution order is generated by rearranging the table of the pattern for the sectional operation at the extracted order into the execution order in a direction of the welding, the group of the specifications of the welding condition corresponding to each sectional path is read out from the group of the specifications of the welding condition to generate the group of the specifications of an execution welding condition, and a program for the whole welding path is made by combining them all.
