Abstract:
To provide a method for avoiding influences of foreign substances on measurement results.
When organic components from living bodies are measured through the hydrogen peroxide determining system in which oxidase and peroxidase are conjugated as a detection reaction system, the reagents are constituted from two or more kinds of solutions and the addition order of the solutions are specified. In this case, the first reagent includes catalase and the catalase reaction on the detection reaction is inhibited with an azide of 5-500 mg/L.
