Abstract:
To provide a novel mutagenicity test (Ames test) method that solves the problems in the conventional Ames test procedure and can specifically detect the mutagenic metabolism activation caused by sulfation.
In this mutagenicity test, sulfate transferase and active sulfate are used to specifically detect the mutagenicity caused by sulfation.
