To obtain a heating plan on the basis of realistic heating conditions in a curved surface having large Gaussian curvature.
A finite element method calculation using an assumption that an object shape is deformed into a plane is performed (step S11). A temporary developed shape, inplane strain distribution and bending strain distribution are calculated (step S12). A plurality of heating lines which are respectively parallel in the principal axial direction of the inplane strain (step S13). A bending strain component parallel to the heating line and a bending strain component rectangular to the heating line are calculated to calculate integrated values for every multiple regions (step S14). The values are wholly adjusted so that all the inplane strain is in the direction of retraction (step S15). The final developed shape is calculated from the adjusted inplane strain distribution and the object shape (step S16). The heating conditions by which the object shape is obtained from the final developed shape are calculated from a preliminarily prepared database having the relationship between the heating conditions and deformation (step S17).
