To easily clean the soiling on a wall surface or a ceiling surface, on which nicotine or the like is stuck.
The cleaning of a cloth is performed by using a cleaning liquid prepared by mixing a 35 wt.% concentration hydroperoxide solution of 1.33-3.99 and powder, which is composed of 30% magnesium hydroxide and 70% slaked lime, of 0.87-2.61 by weight based on an oxygen-based cloth bleaching agent powder, which contains sodium percarbonate, of 1 and diluting with hot water of 60-70°C, applying on a cloth surface with a sponge within 10 min as an aim, evacuating and sucking while jetting water to the cloth surface after leaving as it is for a prescribed time to wash out the sticking material and finally finishing by wiping with a dry cloth. It is effective to control the dilution amplification factor of the hot water to 3-20 times corresponding to the soiling degree. (If the soiling degree is high, the concentrated one is used.) The cleaning effect is further improved by interposing a cleaning process of pushing out the soiling by applying steam of 70-80°C on the cloth surface after the cleaning liquid is applied and left as it is.
