Abstract:
To provide a method for constructing an appropriate personnel plan including part-timers in a full-time worker conversion personnel system.
A comparison and examination standard (benchmark) in personnel management is performed by unit of actual working hours and its result is utilized in the personnel management. The total actual working hours suitable for a company or a division is calculated and after that, divided by straight time based on individual working regulations, staffs converted into full-time workers are calculated and the full-time workers and the part-timers are appropriately arranged/managed.
