PURPOSE: To remove an offensive smell peculiar to an enzymic formulation, excellent for nutriment and used as a health food for drinking, by adding and mixing an aqueous extract solutin of sea tangle with a compound formulation containing various enzymes.

CONSTITUTION: An aqueous extract solution obtained by dipping sea tangle in water is added and mixed with a formulated concentrate containing various enzymes or if necessary green tea leaves are dipped or an aqueous extract solution of the green tea leaves is added and mixed therewith the remove offesive smell peculiar to the enzymic formulation.
