Abstract:

PURPOSE: To set an optional flow rate and an optional temperature difference by determining a fixed heat source in use judging from the deviation of the entrance temperature of fluid to be controlled from its target temperature and the flow rate of the fluid and performing output control by a variable heat source according to the deviation of the exit temperature from the target temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A control part 30 inputs a detected flow rate signal from a flow rate detection part 24 and detected temperature signals from an entrance temperature detection part 26 and an exit temperature detection part 28 at the same time, and a load heat capacity estimation part 32 calculates the heat capacity of a load 16 from the detected flow rate of the fluid to be controlled and the temperature difference between the target temperature and entrance temperature to calculate the load capacity ratio. Then a combination of heat sources 10, 12, and 14 to be used is determined on the basis of this load heat capacity ratio. A PID control part 34, on the other hand, performs feedback control using a PID compensator which performs three operations, i.e., proportional control, integral operation, and differential operation on the basis of the difference between the command temperature and exit temperature. Consequently, while manipulated variables are calculated so as to eliminate the temperature differences, the output of the variable output heat source 14 is controlled to improve the control precision.
