Abstract:
To provide a method and a device for cutting a transformer winding capable of completely cutting the winding for a transformer.
The method cuts the windings (5 and 6) penetrated to a rectangular opening (3) and wound so as to surround the outside of an iron core (2) by a shearing edge (11) for overhauling the transformer (1) with the iron core (2) laminated so as to have the rectangular opening (3) at the center of a rectangle or an annular shape by combining a plurality of rectangular thin steel plates rectangularly or annularly and the windings (5 and 6). In the method, the shearing edge (11) is pushed towards the long side of the thin steel plate constituting the iron core (2), and the windings (5 and 6) are cut.
